Ionic not displaying exercise stats

Hi

My ionic is displaying any of the middle stats when I start to run eg, the heart rate, pace, pace per average, times etc

Noticed its the same for stop watch  where numbers are not showing up

Can you advise

I have restarted etc

I meant to put its NOT displaying info whilst on running set up

It seems that the picture wasn't attached correctly into your post, can you please try again to send me such information but now take into consideration the steps from this post to correctly attach the image?
