About a week ago my fitbit stopped letting me know the battery was low. This was useful as I often forget to charge it. I hadn't touched my settings but went and checked it was still on for low battery. So not sure why I'm not getting the notification? Thanks

If your not getting any notification of low battery on the Ionic itself, then I would shut it down from within settings. Restart and observe. Still no warning then you may need to perform a factory reset of the device - first removing it from the app and also the phones Bluetooth settings after a last manual sync. You will need to set it up as for a new device in the app etc.
If your not getting notofication on your phone - then you will need to check that the push notification settings in the app are on. For Android it's the first one on the list. No idea for iOS. Could also be a phone setting?
