Ionic not finding iPhone when trying to connect

Hi I had the ionic & I just got a new Versa lite so my other half is having my ionic. I have put it back to factory settings it’s charging but it will not connect to my partners iPhone I turned off bluetooth & put it back on have restarted the iPhone everything it has said to do if not connecting but it still won’t connect.

Hi @RacheB -- I'm expect you've already deleted Ionic from your Fitbit account (I think you have to in order to set up Versa Lite).  But it also has a profile in your iPhone's bluetooth settings (needed for notifications).  So check your iPhone BT settings and delete anything that says Ionic.

 

After that try and add the Ionic to your partner's iPhone and account as a new device.

Thanks for your advise. Its sorted I updated the software on the iPhone then it found it!
