Ionic not found by Bluetooth

The problem started with not tracking steps, I started the device update and it failed. I have:

1. Completed a reset.
2. Deleted device from phone

3. Deleted App from phone

4. Restarted phone

5. reinstalled app...device still not found

6. Did a factory reset with all three buttons.
7. Device still not found and only shows Fitbit logo which comes on and off about every minute.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @WTSHEP.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling and recommend removing your watch from the Bluetooth settings on the phone and trying the following steps:

  1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

You can confirm the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

I'll be around if you need further help.

I have already attempted that and get an error message with 3 steps. I’ve
tried all three and it appears the Fitbit app cannot locate the device
either.
