Last post my Ionic would not swipe to other screens, track steps or heart rate. I've been keeping it charged and every so often try a quick restart. Well, today the restart ( left button and bottom right) brought it somewhat back to life. I can now get to all the options available on the watch. I even set an alarm and it worked. BUT still no step count or heart rate. I can't imagine why it started to do more today. I must of restarted and reset the watch dozens of time. I did buy a galaxy active2 watch and like it, but would rather have my ionic back working.

Hi @lastrohm, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums.
Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling about this situation. Since you've tried doing a restart, I recommend doing the following:
1. Change a clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
2. Check if your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version as updates come with new features and bug fixes: How do I update the Fitbit app?
For complete troubleshooting instructions to resolve the issue with tracking heart rate, see What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
I'll be around if you need further help.
