My ionic has suddenly stopped holding its charge . It goes from 100% to zero in only a few hours. Up until now it has been working fine and I can normally go 3-4 days without a charge. anyone else?

Leave the Ionic on its cradle or charger for a few hours or let it sit there overnight. In the morning, check to see if it turns on or if its battery is fully-charged. If it did not charge, then make sure that it's not wet by wiping off its contacts with clean, dry tissue paper.

I have the same issue with my Ionic and it was just replace. It was doing it when I got the new replacement. I was told to restart, which doesn't make sense to me. I was also referred to this link which so far all I have read are Ionic users having holding a charge issue. By the way I am on my third Ionic may be time to make a brand change. I think I read insanity was doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result?!

Change the clock face. Some clock faces eg the SPO2 clock face suck huge amounts of battery power. When I changed from the SPO2 I have returned to charging every 3 to 4 days from being where you are.regards Des

To check charge level while charging move the charge connector a little to about 45 degrees to break the connection then reconnect to 90 degrees. This will cause the charge level percentage to temporarily appear on the screen. Nice easy check to see how the charging is going. See my earlier comment on clock face as possible cause of high battery drain.

Thanks Des. I cannot get any charge into the watch at all. I think it may be time for a replacement!

No I didn’t get that far. The update came up after the watch died yesterday!
I tried leaving the watch but it did not charge at all and the sensors are dry.
Moderator edit: updated post.
