Ionic not in the tracker list

Hi, trying to set up my Fitbit Ionic using the mobile app on my Microsoft Lumia 730..but not being able to set it up as cannot see ionic in the Fitbit devices list on the tracker. can somebody help?

I'm not familiar with Windows mobiles but according to the supported devices page your phone is supported for the Ionic but you need to be using OS version 8.1 (as a side note it is not compatible with Blaze or Alta)

 

It's not much help I know, but it is all I can offer for now, hopefully someone more familiar with Windows phones can be of more assistance, sorry.  Good Luck
