Unresponsive touch screen and laggy GUI

Fitbit OS seems to have a lot of lag throughout its interface. The graphics seem to be running at 30 fps/Hz or less compared to 60 on phones and tablets and 120 or more on PCs. But that isn't the main problem.

The touchscreen constantly registers my swipes as touches and sometimes doesn't even register my inputs at all. I'm not sure if this is due to a hardware defect in the digitizer on my device or Fitbit OS lagging but it is very annoying because I'm so used to the light fast touch response on modern touchscreens.

This seems to happen more if I'm trying to use the watch while not wearing it. It's especially prevalent when trying to type in a PIN. Somehow the PIN screen would lock up for 3 seconds before allowing input

Yes I've noticed this. It's been present on all three devices I've had, not sure if it's software or hardware related though.

Hi, did you find a solution to this?

Or is it just the general interface that is not as responsive, mine does exactly what you have said where i got to press an app and it thinks i am dragging it and i've tried various ways to overcome this by pressing lighter or heavier but nothing has worked. Could it be a defect in the actual watch ?
