I having the same issue my Iconic is 34 minutes off of the actual Eastern Standard time. I have rebooted the watch a few times. I cannot get the watch to sync up to Note-9 phone since the 3.2 software update to phone this morning. I uninstalled the software  and reinstalled along removing the Iconic from my Bluetooth list on my Note-9. Now I can't re-sync the watch to the phone, seems other people are having the sync problem since the last Play store 3.2 update. Fitbit support needs to roll back the software version since it was working on the last version.

Hello guys, it's a pleasure to provide assistance with the time inconvenience both of you are experiencing with your Fitbit Ionics, my apologies for the delay in responding your posts. Welcome to the Community Forums for both of you @anderro25 @frankpon.

Seems odd that the time on your Fitbit Ionics are wrong, let me share with you guys that the displayed time on your Fitbit devices are the one that's on your mobile device, such information is transferred to your Fitbits when the syncing process is completed, therefore, this should be corrected only by syncing. However, if this is not the case, I recommend to try the following steps:

1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard and click the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the Time section and choose the time zone that best reflects your current location. You can also select 12-hour or 24-hour time display format here.
4. Sync your tracker to update your time zone.

Let me know how it goes, I'll be here.

Thank, you for reply to my post.

I worked with Fibit Support yesterday and the support person had me do a
hard reset.
After resetting the watch, the phone Fitbit App didn't see the watch until
after support terminated the phone call with me and sent me an e-mail for
a replacement watch yesterday, I tried the reset the watch again and
successfully got the watch to update. it would only sync with charging
cable plug in last night. I checked the time this morning and the time was
off by 1 hour. What I found and I told the support person was that Blue
Tooth connection from the watch was not connecting to my Note-9 phone. Its
weird all the tracking functions work but it wouldn't sync. I never see it
connected in the phone's blue tooth list. The battery seems to charge okay
and during the update it allow me to connect to Wi-Fi for the software
update.

I tried every which-way to get the watch to connect to Blue Tooth for
syncing; it's really is crazy that it says it's syncing, but I never see
it in the connected list on the phone.

Here is a request the FitBit App should allow the user to upgrade the
watch on a Wi-Fi network first and not look for Blue tooth connection
first.I had to wait until it times out from not making a Blue Tooth
connection, and then it prompted me to try Wi-Fi.
