Fitbit Ionic won't charge or start

My Ionic was at about 40% charge when it shut off. It won't charge. I've cleaned the contacts, tried two different chargers, held down all the buttons, and nothing. My husband verified that power is coming from the chargers, still nothing. Any other suggestions?
