Ionic not keeping time or syncing

I have been having many problems with my Adidas Ionic for the last couple of weeks. Not syncing, losing hours of time, extremely high heart rate shown ( I even wore my partners ionic on my other wrist to check my heart rate as I was so concerned! No help has sorted the issues, including a factory reset!
