Hi,
For the last few days my Ionic isn't linking to the app correctly. The only way I can get a link is to restart the tracker and then it connects. As soon as I try and reconnect again it doesn't find the tracker.
I am running IOS 11.2 and have the latest software on the tracker and the app.
I used to have the app on my iPad as well as my iPhone but I have tried disconnect information and logging out of the iPad just in case but to no avail.
Not sure if it is related but issue started around the time I reconnected the Aria to our wifi using the iPad.
In the Bluetooth screen of the iPhone settings the tracker is listed but cannot connect. Should I forget the device and reconnect it? Would that loose my data?

I appreciate the restart you've done in order to sync your Ionic. If you haven't changed anything from the device your watch was syncing to, there shouldn't be any issue regarding your Aria. Please try this syncing troubleshoot if you're still experiencing this, and it should connect properly after this without restarting it.
If you unpair your Ionic from your account, you won't lose any information.
