Ionic not logging sleep

My one year old Ionic has stopped logging sleep.  It's not that it doesn't sync, it's not there on the watch.  I am wearing the watch as usual and it is logging everything else.  Anyone else had this? I have just updated my iPhone to iOS13.1.3.  Could this be the problem?

@Subray It's great to see you on the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and for letting me know that you just updated your iPhone OS.

I would like you to check the following scenarios that might affect your sleep pattern:

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your device from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your device higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your device to bed). For more information on automatic sleep tracking, see How do I track my sleep?
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your device’s battery is critically low.

If after checking the above your watch is still not tracking your sleep, please restart it and continue monitoring it.

Let me know how it goes.

Do you mean not logging any aspect of your sleep whatsoever, or not logging your four phases of sleep?
