Ionic not measuring correctly

I just bought my new ionic a week ago and I'm having problems. It is measuring steps about 20% low and the miles tracked are ridiculously off, like, 13000 steps is logging as 1.5 miles. As well, my weather app is wrong. The city is right, but the time is completely wrong, not even the right minutes registering. I tried resting but it has not helped.

The Fitbit Ionic uses your stride length if GPS data is not available. I think the weather last updated option is when the weather station last took the temperature. I'm just guessing though.

Hi,

 

Oh, sometime my Ionic count to much, while I do nothing. 🙂

Then I reset the Ionic.

 

Maybe you can ask Fitbit-Support for help.

 

Or you try to shut down the Ionic, wait 5 minutes and start again.

I have it set to auto detect stride legnth... and it is impossible for that
to be correct. As well, the weather app is showing future time. Right now
it is 740 PM and it is reading 812 PM. And here is a pic of my
stats....over 14000 steps and only 2 miles
