I woke up this morning and my Ionic was low. I put it on the charger as I was getting ready but had to rush out fairly quickly so it wasn't on the charger long. But I did notice that it was charging while it was on there. I started a walking exercise, and it died before I got to where I was going. Now I've had it plugged in for about 30 minutes and the screen won't come on. The green sensor light on the back is on but the screen is completely black. Do I just need to give it more time, or are there certain button combinations I need to press to turn the screen on?
Thanks!
