This morning when I woke up to sync my watch to my phone, have noticed that time was not correct about 40 minutes slow. Upon syncing the watch as usual in the morning it did not respond. Tried forget Bluetooth and app update but still it did not Sync. Connected the watch to charge and after couple of attempts it synced but only once and the watch again gave a time difference reading after some time..after restraining the watch it's not powering back again.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Hi, There is nothing happening on the device, no heart rate sensor light in coming on or flashing, have tried all the R&D given on the link post coming to you guys for help..before the device when dead it was fully charged and that is clearly visible on my App as the last sync data..its not powering on or is reset getting initiated as per the hard reset options..pls help as I feel helpless with out my watch

If you plug it in and it says 0% try holding down the power and bottom right, it may reboot

Have being trying this since it went dead. No indication showing 0% battery, have plugged in charger and tried all possible steps from the support URL, seen videos of recovery but nothing happening it's refuses to respond..have given up and feel upset on why I went for this device in the first place. It's under warranty and of no use to me now.
