Thanks for your reply and update @SirIonic, I'm happy to continue helping you.
Let me share with you that your Samsung On5 is not listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connectivity difficulties with some of your Ionic features. I know that certain users are able to sync the Fitbit even though their mobile devices are not listed, however, due to this compatibility situation, they encountered some difficulties. That said. because my intention is for you to enjoy the Fitbit experience in full, I recommend you to use a compatible device with your Ionic and let me know if you continue experiencing this situation. If so, please keep me posted.
Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be around.

I'm glad to see you again participating in our forums @SirIonic welcome back!
Seems odd that your device is not receiving call notifications at all. First, I'll like to know if you're having these difficulties only with call notifications or text too? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone and let me know how it goes. Just as the help article states, If you have an Android mobile device and want more information about encryption, see: What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?
I'll be here if you need anything else. Please keep me posted.
Best AnswerI could not find anything that would help me. I am on a Samsung On5 with currently running android 6.0.1. Also, my text messages go to my fitbit. But obviously I cant reply to them.
