My Ionic stopped getting call notifications (iPhone X) recently. I have tried everything (factory reset, power cycle, uninstall app).
My Ionic will Sync with the app, but it fails to pair allowing call notifications.
It it has worked just fine for over a year, and out of the blue this happens!

I would like you to try force quitting the app, reset Bluetooth, restart your Ionic, refresh notifications and then set them up again. You can find the steps on this article.
