As soon as I try to sync, the progress bar will go ok until half and then turns red and a message saying "Failed to sync the device".
Tried every single script on the help webside and on another device and got the same error.
Any help please

I would like you to confirm that you've tried this syncing troubleshooting. Also, confirm you have a supported device. Can you let me know which mobile device you're using?
