Ionic not syncing, lost time

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Over the last 5 days my Fitbit ionic has stopped syncing, like other users it has gone part way and then stopped. I have lost 4 hours of time as well and now stopped counting my steps. I have tried all the suggestions on this forum and am now at the point where I have removed the device, tried to set up the new device and my phone is not seeing it at all now. 😭😭😭😭

Hi @lowhama,

I was just about to suggest setting it up as a new device, but you beat me to it!  What model phone do you have?

Once we get your Ionic up and running, all you would have to do from here is sync the device to get it to display the correct time.  I had this issue yesterday with my Versa but once I synced it, it sorted itself out.

I have the same issue.  After the last update on July 8, synching started acting erratically and finally stopped working altogether.  Ionic is also not keeping time.  The same thing happened to me after the Feb firmware update as well.  Was out for 4 weeks and then just miraculously came back one day.

So frustrating!!!
