Hi everyone!
I've just bought my Fitbit Ionic and I'm struggling to receive calls on it.
I've alredy turned on the notifications on the fitbit app on my phone. I've synced again. Restarted... nothing =(
I've already tried to set the bluetooth on my watch and it seems ok. I went settings>notifications and turned on "during exercice" and "during sleep".
However, I can't swipe right at my clock screen for any reason. So I cannot find the "receive from the phone" option. Maybe this option is hiden somewhere else in this new version?
Many thanks all!

Hello @Rubenssd you hold in the left button, then swipe left to get to the screen to disable/enable notifications .
If you would like help with your phone sending notifications, it would be helpful to know which phone that you have.

Rich, I'm sorry to disturb you once again.
Now, that shortcut (holding the left button and swiping left) it no longer working. It goes directly to music control I don't know why.
Is there another way to get in that screen?
Many thanks

I seem to be receiving notifications but not incoming calls. How should I troubleshoot this?

Swiping left from music control doesn't bring up pay. then settings.
Try a restart
