Ionic not receiving notification

I am using a one plus 3T anroid phone with Anroid 8. Fitbit ionic is not receiving calls, calendar or messages. It is only receiving whatapp messages. I already completed Turing off and turning on notification, restating the phone and Bluetooth forget and reconnect tasks. But it is still not receiving the above notification.

Same issue here, OnePlus 5t - is yours actually waking the device for notifications or solely displaying on the notification bar when you pull it down?

Have you checked the quick settings on the ionic itself

I understand how a user can in pair the tracker from the phones Bluetooth, but I have yet found any to explain how the repaired. This step can only be done by the the Fitbit app. If the user, through the phones Bluetooth menu and if the user was successful then the tracker will need to remove it from the Bluetooth.
