Cannot connect Ionic to Wifi through the app.

2 days ago I download a new watch face (achu) since I cannot change it (don’t like it and drains the battery), and I cannot sync my Ionic or connect it to Wifi (multiple networks available).

I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting and then confirm that you're doing this procedure to connect your Ionic to Wi-Fi.

I tried all of the suggestions and none of them work, the code will come on to my ionic when trying to pair but then it doesn’t connect.

Where you able to change the clock face and sync? Both of these do not use WiFi.
