My Ionic stopped connecting to gps, after numerous reboots and a factory reset customer service are telling me to wait while they try to come up with a solution - as if this wasn't a known flaw in this badly designed product. I'm starting on here but will go more and more public in the hope that they might at least sort out a replacement, which seems to be the standard response for the many people who were unfortunate enough to buy an ionic. This will be my last fitbit.

If the ionic is having problems getting a GPS lock, and the sky's are clear. My first thought would be to power down the ionic and doing a Hard Restart and not just the software restart.
