Ionic not receiving notifications

My Ionic has stopped alerting me of calls and messages via my phone. Bluetooth and notifications are on. I have tried turning on and off but no difference. Any ideas?

It's great to see you around @Les64. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. 

 

I would like you to make sure that you've tried force quitting the app, reset Bluetooth, restart your Ionic, refresh notifications and set them up again. You can find the instructions here.
