Ionic not recording GPS/ map data

  • For my run today, the device seems to have captured the distance and other data correctly but does not show any GPS/Map data. How do I get it to show the GPS/Map data?

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I understand your concern and would like to advise that if the GPS signal is lost during the exercise, a map might not appear in the Fitbit app. I recommend checking out this article with the information about the different factors that can affect the GPS tracking:
