I got my ionic adidas edition this Jan. I had syncing issues from June. I had syncing issues again last month. I tried to reset ionic but it still became worse. Time started lagging after every restart. So i stopped using for a while. Now when im trying to restart after charging for more than 4 hours still its not responding. I tried to troubleshoot but everything went in vain. Its looking dead. How to re boot the ionic ?
Kindly help.

Press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. If that does not work, I would contact support while still under warranty.
