Anyone got a fix for a fitbit ionic that turns off and won't turn on when it gets unplugged? This maybe one the most frustrating purchases I have ever made.

Looks like this is a widespread issue. 2 Ionics in my house bricked out in the last week. I believe Fitbit should own up to this better rather than giving out 25% or 50% discounts for new purchases.

@Greg10000 Thank you for troubleshooting this situation with me. Since the steps previously posted were tried with no avail, I'd like to suggest you our factory reset procedure following the next steps:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc. Keep me posted

My ionic randomly died a few weeks ago as well. Completely in responsive. It’s less than one year old.

Good news. The ionic works. My factor reset attempts didn't seem to have any effect, but I left it plugged in overnight and woke up this morning to a working ionic. Thanks.
