Ionic not responding or tracking anything

I have had my ionic for 4 months and it has been working fine until yesterday when the HRM function stopped working and it started buzzing and spontaneously restarting. This morning I looked on the forum and followed the advice to restart manually after it kept buzzing and going to the notifications screen. Now it isn't tracking anything and the screen isn't responding so I can't do anything. Basically, it is just a watch. Help please!

That happened to me yesterday and last night the screen went completely blank.   So,  now I have to use my phone to keep track of my steps.   I contacted fitbit and I have another ionic on the way.   Contact fitbit,  there's a 1 year warranty.

I'm sorry to see that you've experienced trouble with your Ionic not tracking data, and thank you for confirming that you already tried to restart the smartwatch to try to find a solution. 

 

However, it's good to know that both of you have already contacted the Customer Support team and they have provided proper assistance with this. 

 

Keep us posted if you experience any other trouble with this again.
