Ionic not responding

Hello Fitbit,

After one year, my Ionic started having issues like:

1.  Syncing intermittently with my iPhone.

2.  Not recording or tracking any data.

Usually, I've resolved them by following solutions posted in the forums such as reinstalling the app on my phone, restarting Ionic, etc.

Over the weekend, my Ionic did not record any data and I noticed that it's not syncing again.  When I did the restart (pressing the back and bottom buttons), it went dead.  The logo never came up.  I kept trying and still not turning on.  I'm pressing all buttons as suggested in the forums but nothing.  I kept it connected to the charger all night, tried again this morning but still nothing.

Other issues that I discovered previous to the above:

1.  The watch can only charge up to 84% even if connected to the charger for hours.

2.  The power has been draining fast recently.  I used to be able to charge every 4 days but recently, I have to do it daily.

My Ionic is synced to a wellness program at work (a contest), so now, there's no way to track my activities data such as steps and sleep.

Please let me know if there's anything I can do to revive this Ionic.

Hello @Uriel98 welcome aboard. I'm happy to assist you with the difficulties you're currently experiencing with your Ionic device.

Let me begin appreciating your time and effort troubleshooting your Fitbit prior posting, I'm glad to know that after trying some of the troubleshooting steps that were posted here in the Community Forums you were able to resolve certain difficulties. Regarding your Ionic which is not responding anymore, if you haven't already done so, please try the steps from our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? which include a restart process for you to check if the steps that were already done were tried correctly, such steps should help you out with the charging behavior of your device.

Also, I'd like to share with you that our Ionic was designed to last 5 days of battery, however, this can be affected by how frequently you use it. This article provides battery life estimates and tips for turning off features you don't need when you want to prioritize battery life.

Please keep me posted. I'll be here.
