Dear Fitbit,
I own a fitbit Ionic. Yesterday at some point, the watch had somewhere around 60% battery, then it suddenly drained. When i got home, i plugged in the charger. After a couple of hours when i picked it up, it said 0% battery (an issue i saw that many other users complained about). I tried restarting it in all possible ways. Somehow i manager to restart it, plug it back to the charger, and left it for a couple of hours. Got back, and now the device won't start anymore. I reinstalled the fitbit app on the phone, deleted it from the device list. Nothing works. Is there any solution, like a troubleshooting step by step guide, or it just died, and i should leave it like that?

Hello @OmyMic thank you for bringing this to my attention, I'd like to give you a hand with your Ionic concern and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.
Thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior posting, seems odd that the battery of your Ionic suddenly drained. If you haven't already done so, please check the steps from our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
I'll be here if you need anything else, keep me posted.
