Ionic not responding

My ionic seems to have died(?). It was fine today. Charged to 60% before I went for a run. No problems. Had a short swim. No problems. Worked after my shower. I have since noticed the screen is blank, the green light on the back is off and I can't reboot/reset or get any sort of response from it. I've had it on charge for an hour now, still nothing. Advice please.

Mine died this morning. Last sync at 8:02 AM. Same symptoms as ClaudiaHolden.

HELP!!

The fix is for them to replace it but they wont! Fitbit is well aware of the issue but refuses to acknowledge it. Terrible service!

I have the same exact problem

From what I found out if you hold the left button and right lower button for 10 seconds and release it should resart

As I said it wouldn't reboot at all. Completely unresponsive. Thankfully Fitbit have replaced it 👍🏼
