Ionic not responding

I’m on my 4th Fitbit and now alas I’m moving on, the same issue every time. Sometimes self remedied others a new item but now I’m done... don’t know yet where I’m going but adiós Fitbit... I don’t even want to discuss it anymore...:-(...
