My fully charged Ionic wont get past the Fitbit logo . I have tried holding and releasing all 3 buttons several times . There is no flashing light on the back skin sensor. Thanks
See the thread my fitbit is dead. Lots of us this has happened too. Try doing a reset mine had water in it the seal had gone and it's gone to fit bit heaven.
This is my second Ionic as my first one died after been used as described water resistant to 50m. This one never went anywhere near water but showing same symptoms as my first one.
I have a sortof unusable ionic too. The screen works. However both right buttons do nothing and the left button is stuck and constantly keeps vibrating and goes to quick menu. I have to charge constantly. I am giving up on Fitbit and moving to Garmin Venu/vivoactive4.
