Ionic not sbluetooth connecting

I bought a fitbit ionic and it won't register on my apple mobile's bluetooth. I used to have an alta and it was an easy set up - no problems with bluetooth

@bmbarrett, you cannot use the phone's Bluetooth settings to add the tracker, you must use the app's Set Up a Device option to add it.
