Ionic not showing Whatsapp Notification

Cant get any Whatsapp notification on my Ionic. Have tried turning off and on all the notification settings (on my phone, watch and from fitbit phone app). 

 

Anyone have any solution for this issue? Am using a Samsung Galaxy S10 plus.
