My Ionic is not showing any activities except Bike when I press the button on the top right. This morning I swam laps (my usual), but I’m unable to slide to the next activity, which is usually swimming laps. Advise please?

Check the exercise shorcuts listed in your app to see that the ones you use are all still listed as on the Ionic. Try restarting your Ionic several times and see if you can get to the other shorcuts after doing that. If not try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About)

Once you receive the new unit please follow these replacement set up steps for you to not loose any of your previous data.
