Hey all. Need a little help. Last night I took my Ionic off to get in a hot tub since I don't wear it in there, but when I got out it was acting funny. It was super cold outside and I'm wondering if it died. I didn't think anything of it but it felt super hot and the screen won't turn on. It doesn't sync to my Google Phone anymore keeps saying tracker not found. When I attach it to the charger it doesn't light up. I tried restarting it by holding down all the side buttons, I found that on here, but no dice.
Any thoughts? Thanks.

If your tracker got "hot" and doesn't switch on anymore @mehauser2039 and you've tried all the restart options, I'd reach out to support, or, depending on when and where you bought it, place of purchase. Does sound a potential hardware issue.

@mehauser2039 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing the experience you have had with Ionic. It's unfortunate to read that it stop working. Thanks for trying to restart your watch in order to sort this out and for sharing all of those details.
I went ahead and contacted you via PM. Please keep an eye on your Community inbox.
