I can't restart the fitbit , nothing shows up on the screen to shut down

The watch face went blank,how do you get it back on???

Just when you push the left single button it Clicks or vibrate only

THe screen itself has gone blank , when I get an email or notifications it vibes but nothing shows up on screen .

I just bought this Fitbit in February 2020 , is this ongoing problem ? 

Because I love the fitbit but would like my money back or a new sent to me.

I appreciate that you mentioned after restarting it, your watch just vibrates. In this case, I've shared your post with our Support team and someone will reply to you as soon as possible. Keep in mind that due to recent events affecting our operations we may take a bit longer to get back to you. 

They will review your options based in the Fitbit Warranty.
