After downloading the new update 70.8.0 my Ionic has suspended counting steps and heart pulse.
Immediately after the download of the update the counting was crazy (Ionic on the table, but steps and heart pulse being measured). After a while it stopped working.
Furthermore the lenght of the battery has decreased drammatically.

I appreciate the detailed information shared. I would like you to restart your Ionic and check if it starts tracking your steps and heart rate again. Is your Ionic not tracking your steps or are they inaccurate?
Regarding the issue you're experiencing with battery not lasting please follow these tips to extend the battery life of your watch.

My ionic has done the same thing. Exactly.

My Fitbit ionic did exactly the same, but support told me it’s just one of those things and that because I’m out of warranty, they won’t replace it.
Shocking really.
