Ionic (not) sync(ing)

I literally bought this Ionic 2 weeks ago, and it was in sync JUST FINE with my phone for 4 days. It has since completely stopped syncing with my phone. It also cannot be seen by my iMac at all. I have a Samsung Galaxy E5 on Straight Talk.

@Perigrinning Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for providing that information. I was checking the list of supported devices and the Samsung Galaxy E5 is not listed there. This could be one of the main reasons as to why this is happening.

However, I also have a non supported device and it syncs fine. Whenever I experience any situation of this kind I do the following:

If still nothing, I follow the other troubleshooting steps shown on this helpful article and its fixed. You should do the same!

Now, you could also sync with your iMac. Check these steps to learn how. That should also help you out if your phone won't sync.

Hope this helps. Let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
