Ionic not syncing after 2-3 hours

I got my Ionic today from BestBuy and I really like the orange color. It pops without being too intense. However, I have had problems from the start. Originally, I set up my Ionic and notifications did not work at all. Later on, when I got to an area with better cell connectivity (I thought that may be the issue) the problem continued. I decided to factory reset and re-add the Ionic again to the fitbit app. After I did that, it finally started showing notifications. I added my cities in the Weather app and installed the New York Times app. After about 2-3 hours though, my Ionic stopped syncing with the fitbit app. It gives an angry red exclamation point in the app every time I try to sync. Does anyone know of a fix to this issue?

I'm having the same problem! I read the reviews and I see a lot of people are! So glad to hear it's a fitbit problem and not the phone! It's a shame I loved my charger 2 and was super excited about this to hear that it has so many problem fitbit owes some refunds it's so high tech fitbit xant figure it out! And I turned this divide off 3 times deleted the app redid the setup and no luck it' the ionic it's a shame tho they need to honest be sellin it! Pissed off to the max!!

It is currently known that connectivity failed sometimes, I experienced many times with mine. 

Please try following tricks:

- verify in your mobile phone App, that Auto Sync is set up

- then switch of BT on your phone, then switch on

I saw that connectivity restarts using that
