Installed the upgrade and now tracket and phone do not sync. Has been working ok since I bought tracker in May. Nothing in upgrade I wanted/needed. Now does not even show correct time. Not even worthwhile as a watch. How can I go back to previous version.

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this with your watch after installing the latest firmware version. I would like you to try this syncing troubleshooting. Could you let me know the phone you're using?
As a side note, it's not possible to go back to the previous firmware version.
