Ionic not syncing after update

I update my Ionic on Feb-15 , since then its not syncing

 

I have checked Bluetooth

Uninstalled / Installed App

Tried using my friend's phone to sync , still it wont, not even on Windows PC App

 

I don't want to reset/restore it as I did by Best workout (I rode 100Km ) yesterday , please help

@SilviaFitbit The Ionic is still not operating correctly. I'll get it to revert, itll act normal for half a day to a day, and then it'll start lagging behind again. I haven't worn it, let alone tried to set it up again since Monday.

Thanks for getting back @AdamZ1989! Since, it's not syncing normally. I would like you to reply to the case that I previously created for you with Support, they will provide you with options based on the Fitbit Warranty.
