Seriously thinking of throwing my Ionic in the bin. In the last few weeks, it loses time every day. I try to sync it with the app and constantly get 'sync failed' I'm having to unpair and re-pair every day just to reset the time. Every time I try to re-pair, I have to do this numerous times before it works. Has anyone else found a way to fix this issue?

Have you tried FORCE STOPPING the app (for Android) mentioned hundreds of times in archived posts? There is also a similar procedure for iOS.
If you click on my lovely face. 😁 you should find probably find dozens of posts I've mentioned it in. I'm not sure of the exact procedure for iOS if that's you OS?

Thanks for your reply. Nothing works, including force stopping the app. Ionic is now over 2hrs slow. I don't have several free hours a day, every day, to waste trying to get it to sync, re-pair etc. I think my days of being a fitbit customer are over. Their lack of understanding the issue is apparent. Rather than create fixes to known issues, all they're interested in is getting more money out of their consumers.
