Ionic not syncing even after trying troubleshooting steps

Ionic stopped syncing with iPhone on 8/11.  Have performed all troubleshooting steps recommended In order recommended including powering off/on phone and Fitbit, disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth, and trying to sync for it with another device, but nothing has worked. In fact, after troubleshooting, it will now not recognize it as connected via Bluetooth. The ionic itself appears to work, and I can see the time, my steps, etc. however it does not sync to my iPhone, so I am unable to view dashboards. Please help!

Thank you. I had already found that article and those are precisely the requirements and troubleshooting steps I’ve performed and ensured that I met. It still won’t sync.
