Good morning, my heart rate and sleep haven't synced since last Saturday, 17 March. Fitbit has even done an update this morning and that hasn't cured it. Have tried all the restarting phone, quitting Fitbit, and unpairing bluetooth, all to no avail. Any ideas? Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to inform that your Ionic is not syncing your sleep and your heart rate. I really appreciate all the steps that you've tried beforehand, you did a great job! Sorry to hear that it didn't work. I'd like to know which device you're using to sync, please confirm that your phone is listed in our official list of compatible devices.
I know that it can be a little bit annoying repeating part of the troubleshooting steps that you've done, but I'd like to double check each one of the syncing steps in this article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hello I'm about to smash my ionic. In march after a update it freaked out on my tracking for steps for two days, kept telling me I was doing a million steps. That's when my sleep tracking stopped. I restarted the watch and removed the app from my phone reinstalled (Samsung 8+). all the steps that were suggested a few times now.Nothing will get it to start tracking again. Any suggestions.
