Anyone know of any issues linking a Fitbit Ionic to a Huawei Mate P20 Pro mobile phone? I've checked all settings on phone and Fitbit app etc with O2 and all was fine. Messages occasionally appear on the Ionic but then stop and don't work. Same with phone call notification. Any ideas or do Fitbit and Huawei not work together ?

I appreciate the research done prior posting. I was checking the list of compatible devices and I found that Huawei P20 Pro is a supported device but it seems that Huawei Mate P20 Pro is a different device, you may want to try this syncing troubleshooting. 

 

Rest assure that our Fitbit team is always testing new devices and adding them to the list. 

 

Regarding your Ionic not receiving notifications please try the steps mentioned in this article: My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone.
