Since i got out the shower this morning i dried my ionic as usual, however now it keeps restarting. After it reboots it is constantly vibrating. The screen then comes on and stops vibrating but the screen is very dull. I cant see any of daily stats and seems the screen is frozen . It stays on for a while and then does the same thing. Any advice will be greatly received. Thanks
I have emailed them so awaiting reply, and will keep you posted. From what i gather others with the same issue and its not beem fixed they get replacement but fingers crossed its not the case
It has been really difficult to see my screen. It vibrated, showed me the Fitbit symbol and then vibrated all crazy. It shut off and then turned back on. It was still difficult to see the screen and it just started vibrating nonstop. I can't get it to power on at this point.
I charged mine up and hoped it would help, however i had a fullycharged ionic that vibrated all night to the point i had 26k steps and a low battery this morning. Still waiting for a reply from fitbit. It has died now and thats how its staying until otherwise. Hope you find a solution soon too. Matt
