I bought a new Samsung Galaxy tablet. Tried to link with ionic but can't even find it on bluetooth. Would link to app details from previous iPad but not link direct. Removed ionic from device to start again but nothing. That also removed from iPad so had to set up again on there. Got as far as sending number which I entered but the just keeps hoingvround and round but doesn't link.
Any ideas what I can do?

I would like you to confirm that your Samsung Galaxy Tablet has a compatible operating system with Fitbit which is 7.0 or higher. Since you have an Android tablet, please double check some tips in this article.
